Units 1-8 comprise a terrace of steel framed units with brick and block elevations. The front of the units consist of glass elevations with roller shutters.
The rear of the units also have roller shutter doors for easy unloading access and a car park containing 46 spaces and 2 electric vehicle charging spaces which are all to be allocated. The units have a mixture of strip lighting and spot lighting throughout with a combination of carpet, hardwood and tiled flooring. Air conditioning is built in every unit, with staircases and ancillary space to the rear of each unit.
