Letting to Wigan & Leigh College completed.

We are delighted to have completed the letting of a large commercial facility at Prescott Street, Wigan to Wigan & Leigh College for their new skills academy. The site on Prescott Street, which comprises office, workshops, car parking and yard areas, which has previously been utilised for training and educational purposes is to be operated by Wigan and Leigh College to cater for the increasing demand for quality education and training within the borough.
