Terms were agreed with Henry Boot Barnfield and planning permission has now been granted by Knowsley Borough Council for the development .  The development will be one of the largest JLR dealerships in the UK comprising an 18 car showroom with 21 work bays, MOT bays and 10 bay body shop and 460 car parking spaces.  The plots sold to Hatfields completed the disposal of Beacon 62 comprising 11.25 acres where disposals were also completed with Aldi and Euro Garages for a Petrol filling station.
