Acting on behalf of Monte Blackburn Ltd, Hindley Lawrence have successfully negotiated terms with Rybrook Motors for a Design and Build Leasehold of a new 22,000 sq ft Volvo Dealership. Planning Permission was granted in Oct 2018 and Monte Blackburn completed the develop a brand new Volvo Motor Dealership on this 1.7 acre site adjacent to Inchcape's recently completed Jaguar Land Rover Dealership.

Once completed Rybrook will take occupation of a bespoke motor dealership facility under a new Institutional Lease.
