Hindley Lawrence was founded by Tony Hindley in 2007 in Manchester as a specialist Property Consultant to the Roadside Sector. Our aim was to deliver a professional, efficient, and personal service tailored to the needs of clients in what was a dynamic and emerging new market sector. The Sector has evolved over the last two decades with Hindley Lawrence’s services expanding to cater for this and includes a dedication to Commercial Agency, Professional, Investment and development consultancy.

Paul Mather was recruited to the team in 2017 who brought with him 20 years of property experience in surveying, most of which was spent specialising in the roadside sector. Lucy Walton joined in 2024 as a Junior Surveyor and is completing her RICS qualifications.

Hindley Lawrence has since gone on to become one of the largest, dedicated Roadside Property Consultants in the UK providing a range of services for a diverse range of clients founded upon in-depth knowledge and a wealth of experience.
